1) Fees Once Paid will Neither be Refunded nor Transferred in favour of any Student OR Students.
2) Person will be solely responsible to come for the Admission. No Reasons like Father is notpermitting, Time is inconvenient, Change of Residence etc will not be accepted and fees not beRefunded.
3) Parents / Guardians admit their child on their Responsibility. Zari Tutorials Management doesnot forces any one to seek admission.
4) Zari Tutorials is responsible only for Coaching and not at all responsible for forwarding Private 17 number forms in case of Private appearing students.
5) Fees should be paid on or before 10th of every month. From 11th day, Penalty of Rs. 50/- (everyday Rs 50/-) will be add in your total Fees and collected while receiving balance Fees.
6) Students will bring their Identity Card regularly and not be allowed to attend class without theI.D. Card.
7) Students are expected to arrive in time. Late comers will be debarred fromenteringtheclassroom.
8) The Director / Principle of Zari Tutorials reserves the right to expel any student or students ongrounds of misbehavior. NO FEES WILL REFUNDED IF A STUDENT IS EXPELLED FROMTHE INSTITUTIONfor any reason whatsoever.
9) Any case of misbehavior will lead to suspension / expellation and shall be dealt with, onlybetween Director / Principle of Zari Tutorials and the student's Parents, No other Relativeorneighbour is allowed to talk in this conversation.
10) Portion missed at the time of suspension and leave is not our responsibility.
11) The management has the right to change Time-Table if needed, to reduce or increasethenumber of lectures a week for which is held, shift a class or change the staff members if considereddesirable.
12) Students will not be allowed to leave classroom (once he/she entered in the classes premises) without a call from parents.
13) Carrying of mobile phones, walkman, ipods or other such electronic instruments that may causedisturbance during and ongoing lecture are strictly prohibited.
